Registration – Joining ProCoach Programme

a. Initial Assessment:

All new joiners must undergo a one-hour assessment session, which includes a speed and coordination test, an agility test, a strategic thinking and core strength evaluation, a balance test, and a postural assessment. Athletes must pass this assessment, and the coach will make the final decision regarding their fitness for the programme. The assessment fees are as follows: $120 per hour for one participant, $60 per hour per participant for two participants, $50 per hour per participant for three participants, and $45 per hour per participant for four or more participants.

b. Fundamentals:

Upon successful completion of the assessment, athletes will proceed to the Fundamentals phase, covering hand-eye coordination, agility ladder, explosive medicine ball exercises, resistance training, posture correction, and balance. The Fundamentals phase typically ranges from 2 to 6 sessions. New joiners who have passed the assessment can enjoy a Special First-Month Trial Rate of $300, which includes unlimited sessions for one month to complete their Fundamentals. Athletes can join group or solo sessions after completing the Fundamentals phase.

c. Group or Solo Sessions:

Athletes may choose between Group sessions by Term or Solo sessions by Credits. The assessment fee will be reimbursed upon registration for Group sessions by Term or Solo sessions by Credits.

Registration Fee

No registration fee is required. However, a refundable security deposit of $200 is collected when signing up for the Fundamentals phase.

Completion of Fundamentals

Athletes are strongly encouraged to complete the Fundamentals within the trial month. Athletes who do not complete the Fundamentals within the trial month will be dismissed from the program. Athletes with travel plans during this period should start the program after their break.

Frequency of Fundamentals

Athletes are encouraged to attend the Fundamentals more than once a week. If the Fundamentals are completed within the trial month, athletes may participate in group or solo sessions for the remainder of the trial month at no additional cost.

Rejoining the Programme

Athletes who have previously left the program may rejoin, but they will not be eligible for the Special First-Month Trial Rate as they are not required to complete the Fundamentals phase again.

Security Deposit

a. Refund:

The security deposit is refundable, less any outstanding fees, upon withdrawal from the programme. The deposit cannot be used to offset current programme fees.

b. Purpose:

From the 23rd of the month prior to the term start date, athletes will be notified that the term payment is due. They will have a 7-day grace period to make the payment. If payment is not received within this period, a late fee of $20 per week will be imposed, deducted from the security deposit after each 7-day period.

Failure to provide the required notice of class absence or cancellation will result in a deduction of $30 from the security deposit. If the security deposit is depleted before the term ends, the athlete will be denied entry to training sessions until the security deposit is replenished with an additional $200.

Group Sessions by Term

a. Fee

The fee for Group sessions by Term is $700 per term, which includes unlimited group sessions for three months.

b. Payment Schedule:

Payments are due on the 23rd of the month preceding the start of each term. For example, payments for the January term are due on December 23rd, payments for the April term are due on March 23rd, payments for the July term are due on June 23rd, and payments for the October term are due on September 23rd.

Athletes will have a 7-day grace period to make the payment. If payment is not received within this period, a late fee of $20 per week will be imposed, deducted from the security deposit after each 7-day period.

c. Transferability and Refunds:

Term fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

d. Solo Sessions for Term Athletes:

Athletes enrolled in Group sessions by Term can arrange solo sessions by topping up $70 per hour.

e. Assisted Stretch Therapy:

Assisted stretch therapy is available for $20 per 10 minutes and must be scheduled by appointment.

f. Solo Fee for Group Sessions:

No solo fee will be charged if no other athletes attend a designated group slot.

g. Ad-hoc Sessions:

Ad-hoc group sessions are available at a rate of $70 per hour.

h. Pro-rated Term Fees:

This is only applicable to new sign ups. Term fees will be pro-rated based on the day of sign-up. If an athlete joins before the 15th of the month, they will be charged for a full month. If they join on or after the 15th, they will be charged for half a month.

Solo Sessions by Credit

a. Fee:

The fee for solo sessions is $120 per hour, which includes various training services such as Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Recovery, and Strength & Conditioning training.

b. Solo Package:

For every $1,000 in credits purchased, an additional $100 in complimentary credits will be provided. Credits are valid for a period of four months.

c. Credit Conversion:

Credits for solo sessions cannot be converted to group sessions. However, athletes can join group sessions at a rate of $70 per hour.

d. Ad-hoc Solo Sessions:

Ad-hoc solo sessions are available at a rate of $120 per hour.

Training Schedule

a. Booking:

Slots for group or solo sessions can be booked via the training schedule in the WhatsApp Main Group chat. Athletes are encouraged to contact the Administrator to book their slots at least 2 days in advance. All bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Existing regular bookings will remain unchanged unless otherwise noted.

b. Calendar Display:

Booked slots will show the number of athletes, while blank slots indicate availability. Solo sessions can be arranged upon request.

c. Group Slots:

Upon request, group slots may be opened to other categories as arranged by the Administrator.

d. Coach to Athlete Ratio:

The ratio is 1 coach to 6 athletes, or 2 coaches to 8 athletes.

e. Calendar Accuracy:

The calendar is updated weekly and reflects the current week’s schedule. For future bookings, athletes should inform the Administrator.

Time-Off Policy

a. Credit Notes:

Credit notes are provided for missed Group Sessions by Term. An $80 credit is given for 3 consecutive weeks of missed sessions, with an additional $50 credit for each subsequent week.

b. Approved Reasons:

Credit notes are approved for reasons such as exams, illness, travel, and injury, with proof required.

c. Pro-rate Option:

Pro-rated fees are generally not offered, but exceptions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

d. Non-Consecutive Missed Weeks:

Credit notes are only provided for 3 consecutive weeks of missed sessions.

Payment Mode

a. Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via Paynow to PROZOE Pte Ltd, UEN no.: 202309045M. Credit card payments are accepted for amounts of $700 and above once the payment system is operational. Term payments can also be made via GIRO for recurring payments.

b. Installments:

Full payment is required; installment plans are not available.

c. Credit Card Charges:

Credit card payments are scheduled for each term, which spans three months starting in January, April, July, and October. Payments are due on the 23rd of the month prior to the term start date.

Cancellation/Termination Policy

a. Class Absence:

If unable to attend a class, athletes must notify ProCoach at least 24 hours before the class starts, or 2 hours prior in cases of injury or illness. Failure to notify will result in a $30 deduction from the security deposit.

b. Withdrawal:

Refunds are not provided upon withdrawal from the programme. However, the security deposit will be refunded, less any outstanding fees.

c. Notification for Withdrawal:

Athletes wishing to withdraw from the program must inform the Administrator at least 2 days before the 23rd of the month preceding the term start date.

d. Termination Fee:

A processing fee of $20 for termination or withdrawal will be deducted from the security deposit.

Transition to New Structure (effective July 1st, 2024)

a. Existing Credits:

Existing credits will be used to offset the cost of the new term fee. If credits are insufficient, athletes must top up the remaining balance.

b. Security Deposit:

The $200 security deposit will be deducted from existing credits.

c. Complimentary Credits:

Complimentary credits are awarded and will not be deducted.

d. Non-participation in New Structure:

Athletes not participating in the new structure can continue training with their existing package at rates of $70 per hour for group sessions and $120 per hour for solo sessions until credits expire or are fully utilized. This transition is part of ProCoach’s evolution into a sports academy, allowing for enhanced training experiences, proper modules, assessments, and distinct pathways for athlete progression. ProCoach invites athletes to embark on this journey and support the vision of improved strength and conditioning. If unable to commit, ProCoach appreciates the consideration.

Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of Information

The information provided in these Terms and Conditions is accurate at the time of printing. ProCoach reserves the right to make changes to the programme, fees, schedule, and policies at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated to participants through the official communication channels.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

ProCoach reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website or notification through other means. Continued participation in the programme after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

ProCoach and its coaches shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the programme. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during training sessions and should inform the coach of any medical conditions or injuries.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProCoach operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.


If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.


By signing these Terms and Conditions, I, the undersigned, confirm that I am at least 18 years old or acting as the authorized agent of the parent/legal guardian for participants under 18. I understand the nature of the Strength & Conditioning Programme and/or Sports Therapy provided by ProCoach and consent to the trainer/therapist providing treatment. I acknowledge the trainer/therapist is not a physician, and the Programme is not a substitute for medical treatment. I assume all risks associated with participation and release the trainer/therapist from any claims arising out of my participation. I authorize the trainer/therapist to share information with other caregivers or third-party payers as required. I grant ProCoach permission to use photographs and videos of me for promotional purposes. I understand I can withdraw consent at any time, but this does not affect treatment already provided.
